Babe

Asheville is strange and beautiful. I love seeing mountains every morning. I love eating organic food. I love living in a place where organic food isn't impossible to find. I love downtown. I love the art that is everywhere. I love it.

I feel fresh and different here.

I've been writing--really writing-- for the first time in a long time. I wish everyone could read it.

I've been experiencing new things and meeting new people. And seeing strange things. Ex. A man dressed as a nun riding a double decker bike down the street, or meeting Einstein in a coffee shop.

Life is being documented mostly through film this summer-- which is why it has taken me so long to post photos. Getting film developed isn't like it used to be. It's expensive and good quality is hard to find. But, in any case, I got a roll developed and thought I'd share it with the technological obis.

The pictures of the pigs were taken at Warren Wilson, which is a super cool college--just ask James Franco. I'll be going back to take pictures of the acres upon acres of farm land and cattle. Just you wait. You'll be so jealous you'll turn green.
