Maxwell Jackson

He has a fixation with smoking. A bad habit. It not only ended his life, but the lives of 16 other people. "A Construction Worker Falls Asleep On the Job" is what the headlines read, and in smaller print phrases might catch your eye "...cigarette was the source of the fire... 16 dead... no survivors..."

No one misses his passing. He wasn't a nice guy in life. But forced to be a nice guy in death. He now roams the Earth, an angel of sorts. His punishment: doing good deeds for people. He hates it. All of it. Performing miracles. The wings. Being nice. All of it.

This is one of the best smiles you can get.

The next three photos, I'd love to blow them up and put them on my wall.

This is actually my friend Chris. I love his stupid face. This was one of the best and most overcast afternoons. Playing hooky from responsibilities to take pictures? Okay. Hang out with this guy if you get a chance. He'll spout poetry, beatbox in your ear and jump over cracks in the sidewalks with you.

These photos were taken almost 10 months ago. Wow. Time flies (when you have wings. Hah. Get it? Just ignore me). Maxwell Jackson is one in a handful of subjects for The Angel Project. More will come soon.

Mary Alive

You'll want to prepare yourself. The images I am about to show you may cause jealousy and infatuation.

Mary Whatagreatface Alice came to Charlotte so I could do her headshots. She's beautiful. I'm about to prove it. She's also awesome. And tall. And has lovely locks of hair.

I very often make the typo "MaryAlive". A freudian slip of the best variety.

First, I would like to recall a time when she and I went out and about in Salisbury and did angel photos. Her. Eyes. Are. Awesome. They have every color in them. I'm pretty sure. Don't believe me? Look at the photo below.

I know, right? Now, lets tune in on MaryAlice, a girl with the best hair that I want to steal and great eyes.

You can't really tell from the picture, but on each step the words "GRIND HERE" have been printed. Thus, the grinding there.

Beautiful hair.

And there you have it, folks.
